  • CTC捕獲のための2シンプレックス探査機を使用し,その結合親和性とエンドサイトーシスへの影響を評価した.

  • 3つのEpCAMアプタマーを併用した2シンプレックスは結合親和度を約19倍に増加させた.
  • エンジニアリングされたRLIは癌細胞内細胞化を防ぎました
  • 臨床乳がん患者のサンプルからCTCを高効率で捕獲した.

結論:

  • TDFプログラムされたプラットフォームは,細胞表面 RLI のエンジニアリングのための強力な方法を提供します.
