  • 孤児Gタンパク質結合受容体Gpr12が 作業記憶に 重要な影響を及ぼすことがわかりました
  • 記憶の維持と精度に不可欠なタラムス-PFCの同期を促進することを示した.

結論:

  • Gpr12は 短期記憶の 強力な遺伝子変容剤です
  • 発見はPFCベースの作業記憶モデルを補完するタラマス中心の枠組みを支持する.
