- 調整された分析では,背景集団と比較してTIA後の不全性脳卒中のリスクが5倍高いことが明らかになった.
結論:
- 第一次TIAの患者は,併発症を調整した後の5年経過で,大体5倍以上の不全性脳卒中のリスクを呈する.
- TIA後の長期脳卒中の発生率は再発性脳卒中の患者より低いが,それでも二次予防に重要な注意を払う必要がある.
