  • TRDにおけるSCC DBSを導くための客観的な脳ベースのバイオマーカーを開発し,検証する.
  • DBSを受けたTRD患者の可変回復経路の予測要因を特定する.
  • TRDにおける臨床状態と電気生理学的および行動的マーカーを相関させる.

主な方法:

  • 10人のTRD参加者にSCC DBSの記録のための新しい装置を導入しました.
  • 臨床状態検出のためのSCCローカルフィールドポテンシャル (LFP) を分析するために説明可能な人工知能 (AI) を利用した.
  • 客観的な表情の変化を検出するためにデータ主導のビデオ分析を使用しました.

主要な成果:

  • 参加者の90%が臨床的反応を達成し,70%が24週後に寛解した.
  • AIから派生したLFPバイオマーカーは,刺激効果とは異なる個々の患者の回復状態を正確に反映した.
  • 顔の表情の変化を反映した手術前の白質の整体性と機能的接続性の回復の変動を予測した.

結論:

  • SCC LFPから派生した客観的なバイオマーカーは,TRDのためのSCC DBS管理をパーソナライズすることができます.
  • TRD病理の多面的な (機能的,解剖的,行動的) 特徴は,治療の可変性を影響する.
  • 鬱病における治療の変動の原因を理解するために,さらなる研究が必要である.
