高齢者におけるビタミンB12欠乏症と老年症候群との関連

目的:
高齢患者における老年症候群(GS)の頻度と、ビタミンB12欠乏との関連性を評価すること。
材料および方法:
本研究には60歳以上の222名が参加し、そのうち78.8%が計画的に老年病棟に入院した女性であった。すべての患者に対し、一般的な臨床検査、総合老年学的アセスメント(CGO)、およびビタミンBの評価が行われた。12血液中の濃度。
結果:

結論:
ビタミンB12欠乏症は、多くのGSに関連しています。
