  • 治療群:スゲマリマブ (1200 mg IV q3w) +CAPOX 対 プラセボ +CAPOX

主要な成果:

  • スゲメリマブは全生存期間を有意に改善した (中位は15. 6 vs 12. 6ヶ月;HR 0. 75;P=. 006).
  • 症状の進行のない生存期間も有意に改善された (中位は7. 6 vs 6. 1ヶ月;HR 0. 66;P<. 001).
  • 治療に関連するグレード≥3の有害事象は比較可能であった (53. 9% vs 50. 6%).

結論:

  • スゲマリマブとCAPOXは,以前に治療を受けていない進行性胃がん患者の生存に顕著な利点をもたらします.
  • この組み合わせは管理可能な安全性プロファイルを示しています.
  • この治療法はPD-L1陽性胃がんの新たな治療法となる可能性があります.
