- コンテンツの妥当性は,経験者,臨床医,研究者を含むCOSMINの基準を用いた専門家パネルによって評価されました.
- 評価者間の信頼性,コンテンツ有効性指数 (CVI),および修正されたカッパ (k*) を計算した.
主要な成果:
- 相当な評価者間一致が認められた (κ = 0. 79).
- ほとんどのコンセプトは"活動と参加" (84.4%) に関連しており",環境要因" (8.9%) と"身体機能" (6.7%) はほとんど含まれていない.

- FMS,FAQ,WeeFIM,PROMIS (親代理/小児) は,AMCの子供の移動性を評価する上で,良い内容の妥当性を示しています.
- 評価された対策はどれも AMCの子どもたちの様々な移動体験を完全に捉えていない.
- 痛み,疲労,環境要因,補償戦略などの欠けている概念を組み込むことは,AMCにおける機能的モビリティの総合的な評価に不可欠です.
