噛む側偏好と関節障害の関係に関するコンビームトモグラフィー分析

噛む側偏好 (CSP) は,関節障害 (TMD) の個体において関節 (TMJ) の解剖学を有意に変化させない. コーンビームコンピュータトモグラフィー (CBCT) は,噛む側による関節のパラメータに大きな違いを示さなかった.

- 歯関節の動的解剖学的なパラメータは,関節発症の TMD の患者では影響しないようです.
- TMD患者における TMJの解剖学的変化の発生に他の要因がより影響する可能性があることが示唆されています.
