研究 の 目的:

主な方法:
- 骨転移の乳がん患者122人を対象とした比較研究で,傾向スコアマッチング (PSM) を用いてマッチングを行った.
- 患者は2つのグループに分けられ,ZAを投与した61人,DENを投与した61人.
- 骨代謝マーカー (TRACP- 5b,BGP,BALP,25(OH) D3),骨のミネラル密度 (BMD),炎症因子,治療前のおよび後の免疫グロブリンを測定した.

- ZA グループと DEN グループでは,治療後の BMD の有意な差は認められませんでした.
- DENグループは,ZAグループと比較して,TRACP-5bとBGPが著しく低く,BALPと25 (OH) D3が著しく高かった.
- ZA群はDEN群よりも炎症因子と免疫グロブリン濃度が低く,DEN群は副作用の発生率が低かった.
結論:
- デノスマブ (DEN) は,骨転移の乳がん患者の骨代謝マーカーに優れた効果を示しています.
- ゾレドロン酸 (ZA) は,炎症反応と免疫機能を調節する上でより有効である.
- DENは,この患者集団において,ZAと比較して,潜在的に優れた安全性プロファイルを提供します.
