  • テーマを抽出し,発見を合成するためにコンテンツ分析を使用しました.

主要な成果:

  • 意思決定の疲労は 行動的,生理的,認知的に表れ 意思決定能力が低下します
  • 前例は,個人的な要因 (睡眠,ストレス) と組織的要因 (仕事量,人材) を含む.
  • その結果として 医療の質が低下し 安全性も低下し 仕事の転職も増加します

結論:

  • 意思決定の疲労は 看護師と患者にとって重大な課題です
  • 助長要因を理解し 緩和戦略を実装することは 看護師のサポートと患者のケアを改善するために不可欠です
