背景:

外側腕筋の損傷,特に放射性神経麻痺 (RNP) は,腰骨の骨折後の頻繁な合併症である.
RNPに関連した正確な骨折パターンは,以前の調査にもかかわらず,まだ完全に理解されていません.

研究の目的:

腰骨の骨折の頻度とパターンを決定する
放射性神経や神経の麻痺を含む周辺腕筋の損傷の発生を評価する.
特定の骨折の特徴と神経損傷の相関性を調査し,RNPの潜在的な危険因子を特定する.

主な方法:

腰骨骨の骨折を患った144人の患者さんを対象とした遡及コホート研究 (2015年−2022年).
RNPの臨床診断が採用され,SPSSを用いてデータを分析し,チ平方と学生のtテスト (p<0. 05) を含めた.

主要な成果:

RNPの発生率は37. 5%であった.
RNPと年齢 (p=0. 032),傷害のメカニズム (p< 0. 0001),骨折パターン (p< 0. 0001) と中間断裂 (p=0. 002) の間に有意な関連性が見つかりました.
主な原因は道路交通事故 (72. 22%) で,AO 12Aおよび12Bパターンが最も一般的であり,同時期に四つの神経麻痺が認められた.

結論:

トラウマの重さは,特定の骨折の構成よりも,手首軸骨折でRNPの発達を決定するより重要な要因であるようです.
この文脈でRNPの生体力学的基盤に関するさらなる研究が必要である.
