レクトス・シート・ブロック (RSB) は,クアドラトゥス・ルンボラム・ブロック (QLB) よりも,シングル・ポート・トータル・ラボロスコピック・ヒステレクトミー (TLH) の後の痛みを軽減します. RSBはオピオイドの使用と 救助用鎮痛剤の必要性を大幅に減少させ,手術後の痛み管理の好ましい選択となりました.
