- 腎機能が軽く低下した患者では,チロスタゾールによる長期の二重抗血小板治療が再発性脳卒中の予防により効果的です.
- チロスタゾールベースの二重治療は,中等度の腎機能低下または正常/ 増加の患者に単独治療よりも優れた効果を示さなかった.
