結論:
- SDBは,小児肥満の頻繁な結果であり,低呼吸はOSAとは独立して発現することができます.
- PSG中の継続的なtcCO2モニタリングは,重度のOSAがない場合でも,夜間低呼吸を効果的に特定します.
- TcCO2によるPSGは,正確な診断,NIVの必要性を決定し,小児SDBにおける有害な健康結果を軽減するために不可欠です.
