- TPTはHPFの生存率 (29. 5% - 50%) と増殖率 (32% - 67%) を著しく低下させた.
- TPTはDNA損傷を引き起こし,FGF2,VEGFA,PAI-1を抑制し,MMP2とMMP3を上昇させました.
- Ki-67陽性細胞の有意な減少が観察され,増殖の減少を示しています.
