主要な成果:

  • 都市部では,高コレステロール (37.0%対28.4%) とLDL-c (33.5%対26. 8%) がより多く見られた.
  • 低HDL-c (72. 4%対44. 2%),高トリグリセリド (45. 7%対38. 6%),および高脂質リスク比率が高かった.
  • 両方の環境における女性には複数の脂質異常のリスクが高く,糖尿病,肥満,運動不足は脂質の問題と関連していましたが,都市部ではそうではありませんでした.

結論:

  • 都市部でも 田舎でも 高齢のインド人は 脂質異常が多く見られます
  • 心血管疾患のリスクが高いため,これらのコミュニティの病気の負担を軽減するための標的型の介入が必要になります.
