研究 の 目的:
- APCUでBTP薬を服用している進行がん患者のPGI,PPGおよび患者痛みの目標応答 (PPGR) を評価する.

- APCUに入院した230人の進行がん患者を対象に,縦断的な試験設計を用いた.
- BTPの強度,PGI,PPG,PPGRは,BTPの投与前と後に異なる時間点で測定されました.
主要な成果:
- 薬剤投与後,BTPの強度はT0で6. 5からT30で2. 3に大幅に低下した.
- 患者の90. 8%がPGIの改善を報告し,46. 1%がT30までにPPGRを達成した.
- 初期のBTP濃度が高く,治療後のBTP濃度が低かったのは,独立してPGIと関連していた.
結論:
- PPGは患者のケアを 個別化し,時間の経過とともに痛みの反応を評価するための貴重なツールです.
- PPG,PGI,PPGRは痛みの評価と臨床意思決定をサポートする患者中心の指標です.
- 患者の痛みの目標を達成するのは難しいかもしれませんが,BTP薬を服用した後の患者の全体的な痛みの緩和印象は,使用されたオピオイドに関係なくポジティブです.
