- バスク国の公衆衛生サービスで働く92人の女性を対象とした長期的研究.
- データ収集には,不安,うつ,対処,自己効能,出産の恐怖,パートナーサポート,妊娠中の薬物使用に関する検証されたアンケートが含まれていました.
- 産後データには出産タイプとQoL (SF-12) が含まれており,多グループ構造方程式モデルを用いて分析された.
主要な成果:
- 妊娠中の出産の恐怖と感情的状態は,分娩後のQOLと有意に関連していた.
- 教育レベルは,産前因子と産後のQOLとの関連パターンに影響を与えました.
- 効果の大きさは中等から大きい (β ≥0. 30),有意な予測力 (R2 = 0. 300. 74) であった.
