産前でのQOLの影響を特定することは,標的型サポートに不可欠です.

研究の目的:

妊娠中の身体的,認知的,感情的,文化的,社会的要因を特定し,産後QOLと関連付けます.
産前心理状態と産後の健康状態の関係を調査する.
教育レベルがこれらの関連性をどのように変化させるかを探求する.

主な方法:

バスク国の公衆衛生サービスで働く92人の女性を対象とした長期的研究.
データ収集には,不安,うつ,対処,自己効能,出産の恐怖,パートナーサポート,妊娠中の薬物使用に関する検証されたアンケートが含まれていました.
産後データには出産タイプとQoL (SF-12) が含まれており,多グループ構造方程式モデルを用いて分析された.

主要な成果:

妊娠中の出産の恐怖と感情的状態は,分娩後のQOLと有意に関連していた.
教育レベルは,産前因子と産後のQOLとの関連パターンに影響を与えました.
効果の大きさは中等から大きい (β ≥0. 30),有意な予測力 (R2 = 0. 300. 74) であった.

結論:

産前情緒状態と出産の恐怖は,産後のQOLに悪影響を及ぼします.
これらの心理的要因に対処する早期の介入は,母親の幸福を高めるために推奨されます.
妊娠中の心理的サポートが産後改善の重要性を強調しています
