- シミュレーションでは リサーキュレーションバブルと 強力な渦巻き構造が MLの出口で示されました
- 血小板を捕まえて 身体の特徴を模倣した
- 温度センサーの近くでは,4L/ minで高伸縮切断率 (> 2,000 s−1) が観察され,血小板が活性化することが可能であった.
結論:
- 突起要素を持つMLの設計は,フロー誘発性血栓形成を促進する.
- 血小板の活性化と閉じ込めは,特定の流れ構造と切断率に関連しています.
- ECMOデバイスの設計の見直しは,血のトラウマを軽減し,凝固のリスクを減らすために推奨されます.
