研究 の 目的:

  • 座っている姿勢と長時間座っている姿勢が 腰部神経根の機能に 影響するかを調べる
  • 神経機能の指標としてソレウス (SOL) ホフマン反射 (H-反射) の振幅を測定する.

主な方法:

  • 30人の健康な被験者は,長時間 (≥6h/day) と対照群 (≤4h/day) に分けられました.
  • SOL H反射の振幅とイシヤ圧は,立体,下垂,横たわる状態で記録された.
  • 脊髄の負荷はイシヤ圧測定で評価された.

主要な成果:

  • 座った状態は 横たわる姿勢と似て 腰の圧力が低下し H反射の幅が増加します
  • 勃起した姿勢と倒れた姿勢で 腹筋圧力が上昇し,H反射幅が著しく低下した.
  • 長時間座ったグループは,対照群よりも著しく低いSOLH反射幅を示しました.

結論:

  • 座っている姿勢と時間が 腰椎や神経根に影響します
  • 座っていると 脊髄のストレスを減らし 神経根の圧縮が減るようです
  • 長時間座っていると 腰部神経根の圧迫により 腰痛に繋がる可能性があります
