HSFPH内の看護師に焦点を当ててください.

トルコの6つのHSFPHの122人の看護師を対象とした横断的な研究.
検証されたスケールを使用して収集されたデータ:患者中心のケア能力スケール (PCCCS),看護専門職の自己効率性スケール (NPSES),法医学精神病患者に対する看護師の態度スケール (NAFPPS).
研究はSTROBEのガイドラインに従った.

主要な成果:

患者中心のケア能力と専門家の自己有効性 (r=0.650,p<0.001) の間には強い正の相関関係がある.
患者中心のケア能力と法医患者に対する態度の間には,弱いが有意な正の相関が認められた (r=0.256,p=0.005).
専門的な自己効能と法医患者に対する態度との間に有意な相関は観察されなかった (r=0. 138, p=0. 129).

患者中心のケアを向上させるには看護師の自己効能とポジティブな態度を高めることが重要な戦略です
