  • 全体の有効率は92.85%であった.
  • 手術後の痛み,出血,排尿のスコアが有意に低下した.
  • 整体的な再発率は12. 21%で,再発時間は出血のグレードに関連していました. 高いBMIと運動不足は再発率の増加と関連していました.

結論:

  • 内視硬化療法は,短期的な再発率が低い内部の安全で効果的な治療法です.
  • BMI,運動,出血のグレード,作業姿勢,食事などの要因は,再発を予測する上で極めて重要です.
  • 発見は,内視硬化療法の治療戦略を最適化するための貴重な洞察を提供します.
