6人のICU看護師が8週間のプログラムに参加し,講義,シミュレーション,コーチングを行いました.
定性的なデータは電話インタビューによって収集された.

センスメイキング・コーチング・プログラムの参加者の高い受け入れ率
治療的コミュニケーションとコミュニケーションの自己効能の平均スコアの有意な改善
