- 成人のADHD (IPSA) の育児スキルの改善
- 親の自己効力,ストレス,家庭の混乱,ADHDの親の子供の行動に対するIPSAの影響を評価する.
主な方法:
- 109人のADHDの親を対象とした ランダム化比較試験です
- 参加者はIPSAプログラム+ルーティンサービスまたはルーティンサービスのみに割り当てられました.
- 親の自己効能,ストレス,家庭の混乱,子供の外向化行動が介入前,介入後,フォローアップで測定されました.
主要な成果:
- IPSAグループは,対照群と比較して,親の自己有効性において有意に大きな改善を示した.
- この自己効能の向上は,フォローアップで維持された.
- IPSAの後,親のストレス,家庭の混乱,子供の外向化行動の減少が観察されました.
結論:
- IPSAプログラムは親の自己効能を 効果的に高め ADHDの親の行動的課題を 軽減します
- 介入はほとんどの参加者によって完了し,良好な安全性プロファイルが示されました.
- 長期的な効果と標準的な医療環境での適用性を確認するには,さらなる研究が必要です.
