研究の目的:

医療学生の補完的な仮想現実 (VR) 移転訓練の有効性とユーザー関与を評価する.
VRプログラムの可用性,浸透性,視覚誘発性運動病 (VIMS) と眼筋疲労の可能性を評価する.
学生のモチベーション,学習時間,医療教育におけるVRに関する全体的な経験を調査する.

主な方法:

360°ビデオと構造化された患者ケースを使用した浸透性VRアプリケーションが開発されました.
VRトレーニングは,既存のカリキュラムに加えてオプションの補足材料として提供されました.
参加者の特徴,使いやすさ,VIMS,モチベーション,研究時間,信頼レベルは調査を通じて評価され,対照群と比較されました. 客観的な構造化臨床試験 (OSCE) のスコアも比較された.

主要な成果:

92人の学生が参加した.VRトレーニングは,患者の訓練後の引き渡しに対する信頼性が著しく高かった (P<.01) と,学習の楽しみ方が高かった (P<.01) と報告した.
VR参加者と非参加者の間の動機 (P=.11) や研究時間 (P=.54) に関する有意な差異は見つかりませんでした.
使用性は高く,VIMSと眼の疲労は最小でした (平均スコアは1でした). OSCEのスコアはグループごとに違わなかった (P=.62).

VR アプリケーションは患者の手渡しなどのコミュニケーションスキルを教えるための安全で効果的な魅力的な補足ツールとして機能します
VRは従来のカリキュラムを補完する柔軟で刺激的で楽しい教育体験を提供します
この研究は,技能開発と学生のエンゲージメントを強化するために,VRを医療教育に統合することを支持しています.
