- 高血圧 (50. 2%),うつ病 (28. 0%),高コレステロール血症 (22. 6%) が最も頻繁な併発症でした.
- 高いMWIとHRQOL- CIのスコアは,MCIと比較して認知症のリスクの増加と関連していました.
- 静脈疾患と静脈疾患の患者は,3つの併発性指数全体で最高平均スコアを示した.
結論:
- 併発症の流行と負担は,NCDのステージと病因学的診断の両方に大きく影響されます.
- NCDの進行に関する将来の研究は,併発症の負担,疾患の段階,および特定のNCDの病因の相互作用を明示的に考慮する必要があります.
- NCDサブタイプとそれに関連する併発性疾患に管理戦略を合わせれば,患者のアウトカムが改善される可能性があります.
