  • 中等から重度のABIと,異なるメタコグニティブSAレベルを持つ60人の患者が参加しました.
  • 参加者は,自己報告されたメタコグニティブSA,アノソジアフォリア,不安/うつ病,無関心,PTSDの症状を評価するアンケートを記入しました.

主要な成果:

  • 低メタコグニティブSAの患者は,不安/うつ病の減少とアノソジアフォリアの増加を報告した.
  • 高い認知能力と高い障害は 増加した不安とPTSDの症状と相関しています

結論:

  • 中等から重度のABIの神経リハビリテーションは,ISAと感情的苦痛の相互作用を考慮する必要があります.
  • ISAの患者はリハビリテーションの過程で不安やうつ病に対処することが重要です.
