  • 仮想看護が人材確保の課題と看護師の仕事量に与える影響を評価する.
  • 仮想看護支援の患者とスタッフの認識を探る

主な方法:

  • コミュニティ病院で仮想看護を導入する3ヶ月のパイロットプログラムです.
  • 仮想看護師はスマートスクリーン技術 (カートにスピーカーを搭載したタブレット) を利用し,遠隔での患者サポートを行いました.
  • データ収集には,Press Ganeyの調査と患者からの不詳のフィードバックが含まれていました.

主要な成果:

  • パイロットプログラムでは 看護師同士のコミュニケーションが 改善されました
  • 患者の退院情報に関する改善されたコミュニケーションが観察されました.
  • 薬の管理に関するコミュニケーションの改善が報告されました.

  • バーチャル看護は ベッドサイドの看護師の圧力を軽減し 介護の提供を改善する 実行可能な戦略です

  • 仮想看護は医療従事者の課題を解決する 可能性を示しています
