  • IASPはメンターシップ,ストレス管理訓練,臨床パフォーマンス評価を組み込んだ.
  • 心理的不快感,臨床的知識,自己有効性,パフォーマンス,滞在の意向に関するデータは複数の間隔で収集されました.

主要な成果:

  • IASPは心理的な不快感を大幅に軽減し,臨床知識を向上させました.
  • 臨床性能は向上したが,フィールド適応は低下した.
  • 仕事の成績は向上したが,組織へのコミットメント,教育/訓練の成績,留学意欲は低下した.

結論:

  • IASPは新しい看護師の心理的および臨床的能力を効果的に改善しました.
  • 現地での適応と組織的なコミットメントの複雑さには,継続的で多面的なサポートが必要です.
  • 定性的な研究を含め,さらなる多中心研究が推奨され,発見を検証し,将来の介入に情報を提供する.
