- BFの宣伝活動に対する認識は低かった (21-28%).
- DH/HRの61%はBFRを知っていたが,80%はスタッフがBFRを使用していることを知らなかった.
結論:
- BFRの存在は,ほとんどの女性労働者に知られず,不足した利用と不適切な状況に導きました.
- BFRの設備と機能を大幅に改善する必要があります.
- 職場での母乳育児の意識と支援を 体系的に促進することが不可欠です
