慢性的な静脈不全と足の潰瘍を患った患者は,アリの噛み付いた可能性があり,一度の血まみれの治療 (ジャラウカヴァチャラーナ) 後に迅速な治癒を経験しました. このアーユルヴェーダ療法により 潰瘍が解消し,足の変色が改善され,追跡調査では再発は観察されなかった.
