インタープロフェッショナル・エデュケーション (IPE) は,協力的な医療従事者の育成に不可欠です.
トルコの医療制度は患者の治療結果を改善するために強化されたIPEから恩恵を受けることができます
インタープロフェッショナルなアイデンティティと態度を育成するために,構造化された全国的な訓練プログラムが必要でした.

研究の目的:

第1回インタープロフェッショナル教育アカデミーのトルコの医療学生への影響を評価する.
4日間の全国的な研修プログラムの後,職業間のアイデンティティと態度の変化を評価する.
トルコにおけるIPEの実施を強化し,連携とコミュニケーションのスキルを向上させる.

主な方法:

24人の女性医学生が参加した4日間の全国訓練プログラムです.
拡張された職業的アイデンティティスケール (EPIS-TR) と職業間姿勢スケール (IPAS) の介入前および介入後の管理
インタープロフェッショナルアイデンティティ,態度,IPEの重要性に対する認識の変化の分析.

主要な成果:

EPIS- TRのすべてのサブスケールと総スコアにおいて,重要な改善が観察され,職業間のアイデンティティの強化が示されました.
チームワーク,役割,責任,患者中心性,文化的能力のIPASスコアが大幅に上昇しました.
インタープロフェッショナルなアイデンティティと態度との間の正の相関関係.参加者はIPEをより重要な研修後のものとして認識しました.

結論:

第1回インタープロフェッショナル・教育アカデミーは,医療の学生の間でインタープロフェッショナル・アイデンティティと協働の姿勢を効果的に育成しました.
構造化されたIPE介入は能力があり協力的な医療従事者の育成に不可欠です
IPEでの発見とスケールの適用性を検証するために,多様なサンプルを用いたさらなる研究が推奨されます.
