- 1年後のインスリンとグルコース値の上昇は,腸の適応と機能の改善の開始を示唆しています.
結論:
- GLP-2分泌の障害は,SBSタイプIの腸内適応を制限する主要な要因であるようです.
- 適応は限られているが,観察されたグルコースホメオスタシスの改善は,時間の経過とともに機能回復の可能性を示している.
