結論:
- IBSでは,腸の動きによる痛みの変化が有意に異質である.
- 便の痛みが増えることは,痛み減少よりも,より一貫したIBSの症状です.
- AP-DGBIでは夜間便が比較的一般的であり,粘膜性エオシノフィリアと相関することがあります.
