背景:

複雑な骨骨折は,しばしば二重の手術 (前後) を必要とします.
修飾されたStoppaアプローチ (MSA) は,これらの困難な怪我を治療するための代替手段であり,時には他の技術と組み合わせられます.

研究の目的:

修正されたStoppaアプローチ (MSA) で治療されたアセタブラー両柱骨折の臨床的および放射線学的アウトカムを評価する.
複雑な骨骨折の治療におけるMSAの有効性を研究する.

主な方法:

MSAで治療されたアセタブル骨折の41人の患者の遡及レビュー.
臨床的,放射線学的,機能的なアウトカムを少なくとも1年間のフォローアップで評価した.

主要な成果:

解剖学的減少は78. 0%の症例で達成された.
1年後には,優れた放射線 (78. 0%),臨床 (51. 2%) および機能 (73. 2%) の結果が報告されました.
最も一般的な骨折パターンは,前列と後半横 (ACとPHT) であった.

結論:

MSAは,前後両柱を含む特定の骨骨折に対して,短期的に満足のいく結果を出すことができます.
骨盤外科医は,MSAを含む様々な外科的アプローチの専門知識を持つべきです.
