  • 口服抗凝固剤 (OAC) の使用率は27% (2011年) から77% (2021年) に3倍に増加し,直接OAC (DOAC) はワルファリンに取って代わられました.
  • 冠動脈血管図と皮膚経冠動脈介入は,OACの発症の強い予測因子でした.
  • MI年はOAC開始の最も予測可能な変数であり,2021年までに著しい増加が観察されました.

結論:

  • 経口抗凝固剤 (OAC) の使用は,直接的なOAC (DOAC) の採用により,AFのMI患者で有意に増加しました.
