研究 の 目的:

  • ポドカルパキエ地方の看護師の健康行動を評価する.
  • 看護師の健康行動の決定要因を特定する.

主な方法:

  • 519人の現役看護師を対象とした横断研究 (2023年7月~12月)
  • 社会人口統計のアンケートと健康行動調査で収集したデータです.
  • 単変数および多変数統計分析が行われました.

主要な成果:

  • 一般的に健康的な行動が観察され,健康的な実践のスコアが低い.
  • 男性の看護師は 食事の習慣や予防行動や健康習慣が悪くなりました
  • 長い仕事の経験は より良い食事習慣と相関しています
  • 職場の環境は精神的な態度に影響を与えます 外来患者/療養院/保育の看護師は長期介護の看護師よりも高い得点を得ました

結論:

  • 特別に男性看護師や 長期介護者向けに 合わせた健康促進プログラムが必要です
  • 組織的な教育や 心理的な支援や 職場でのウェルネス・イニシアチブにより 看護師の健康行動が改善できます
  • 男性看護師の増加と 厳しい介護環境のため これらの要因に対処することが重要です
