- T790M陽性患者のS- OSIは,T790M陰性患者の34. 9ヶ月に対して,平均OSIは64. 0ヶ月でした.
結論:
- F-S-EGFR-TKIの後のシーケンシャルオシメルチニブ (S-OSI) は,T790Mの状態に関係なく,実際の環境で全生存率 (OS) の改善を示しています.
- 高性能状態と初期脳内疾患の欠如は好ましい予後要因である.
- S-OSIは,特にリソースが限られた環境では,先進的なeLCのための臨床的に有益で潜在的に費用対効果の高い戦略です.
