- 150人のRC損傷患者は,痛み (VAS),肩機能 (ASES),睡眠品質 (PSQI),うつ病 (BDI-II),および不安 (STAI) に関する検証されたアンケートを完了しました.
- 認知機能はモントリオール認知評価 (MoCA),DSST,TMT,そしてDigit Spanテストを用いて評価された.
- 認知障害の予測要因を特定するために,統計的分析には複数のおよびロジスティック回帰が含まれていました.
主要な成果:
- 潜在的に軽度の認知障害 (MCI) (54%) と睡眠障害 (64. 7%) の高い流行が観察されました.
- うつ病 (18%) と不安 (28 - 30%) の症状が一般的であった.
