  • HRQoLはSF-36とライフスケールによる満足度で測定され,ストレスは知覚ストレススケールと唾液バイオマーカーを使用して評価された.

主要な成果:

  • SF-36のメンタルコンポーネントの要約と社会的な機能の有意な改善を示した.
  • 精神衛生サブドメインでは,運動グループに有利な有意な違いが観察された (p=0. 006).
  • 運動グループではストレス感が著しく低下したが,唾液ストレスバイオマーカーは著しい変化を示さなかった.

結論:

  • 運動を組み合わせたトレーニングは,静止型の中年労働者におけるHRQoLのメンタルヘルスコンポーネントに重大な利点をもたらします.
  • 定期的な身体活動により 幸福感とストレス管理能力が向上します
  • ストレス感における臨床的に重要な改善は 精神的健康を改善するための貴重な介入であることを示唆しています
