- 18の潜在的予測因子を評価するために,多層分析が用いられました.
主要な成果:
- およそ5%の母親はANCを求めなかった. 非使用は,幼児の年齢,地域 (スラウェシ,マルク,パプア),社会経済的地位 (最も貧しい世帯),事前の健康検査の欠如,低減知識,妊娠合併症の欠如と有意に関連していました.
- 最も貧しい家庭の母親は 抗がん剤を使用しない確率は ほぼ10倍でした
- パプアでの生活は,ANCの非使用率が最も高い (aOR=17.72).
結論:
- 産前ケアが使われていないのは 社会的経済的地位と地理的な位置が 重要な要因です
- 地域格差の軽減には,医療へのアクセスを改善し,健康教育 (例えば,発育阻害に関する知識) と早期スクリーニングが不可欠です.
- インドネシア東部のサービスが不足している地域では 妊産婦の健康状態を改善するために 標的を絞った介入が必要です
