- 重度の栄養失調は患者の55. 1%で,体重減少の平均値は9. 26%であった.
- アルブミンは体重減少と相関し,総タンパク質はBMIと相関する.
- 多変量分析では,低アルブミン値 (OR4. 34,P=. 008) と低PNI値 (OR0. 88,P=. 004) が,がんの進行段階を予測する有意な指標であることが判明した. 炎症バイオマーカーは栄養状態と相関しない.
結論:
- 血清アルブミン値の低下と栄養指標の低下は,進行した胃がんのステージ化に関連しています.
