  • プッシュアップ,カールアップのスコア,およびローイング・エルゴメーターの能力の有意な改善が運動グループで観察されました.

結論:

  • 6週間の運動訓練は,COVID-19後のHCWにおける機能的な強さ,耐久性,およびの強さを高めました.
