脊髄の拡散は予後が悪い指標でした

結論:

PTPRの再発率は高いため,補助療法については慎重に検討する必要がある.
GTRは標準ですが,補助的なRTは,特にSTRの後に,特定の高リスク症例に利益をもたらす可能性があります.
小児PTPRにおける標準化された治療プロトコルについては,さらなる研究が必要である.
