  • 年齢期コホート (APC) モデルと人口帰属分数 (PAF) のコンセプトを将来のがん状況予測に活用する.

主な方法:

  • 年齢に敏感ながんの発生率と死亡率のデータを 集団ベースの登録から抽出した.
  • 2046年まで高齢化に起因する癌の発生と死亡を予測するためにAPCモデルを使用した.
  • 発症率と死亡率の計算された老化因子分数 (PAF)

主要な成果:

  • 肺がんは老化に関連した主要な癌の負担であり続けると予測されています.
  • 胃と肝臓の癌の負担は,より高齢の年齢層にシフトし,発症率はPAFが増加します.
  • 大腸がん,前立腺がん,乳がんは,特に高齢者において,新たな負担を伴う.

結論:

  • 将来のがん対策は 老化人口における持続的および新興的な負担の両方に対処しなければなりません
  • 中年の成人のための標的型がん予防と 弱い高齢者のための専門的なケアが不可欠です
  • 高齢化社会における予測される癌の傾向を緩和するために 積極的な戦略が必要である.
