- CRSは腸内IL-1βとCxcl1を増加させ,LHAニューロン活性 (c-Fos) を高め,腸内バリアの整合性を損なった (ZO- 1/オクラジンの減少).
- LHA Vglut2ニューロンを静止すると,CRS誘発の炎症が逆転し,バリア機能が回復した.
- シンパティック・アブレーションはLHAニューロンの静止の保護効果を模倣したが,ヴァゴトミーは有意な影響はなかった.
結論:
- LHA Vglut2ニューロンは,IL- 1β- Cxcl1経路の交感活性化によるストレス誘発性腸炎の主要な原動力である.
- ストレスに起因する胃腸疾患の治療戦略として潜在的に挙げられるのが,下垂体-交感回路をターゲットにすることだ.
