台湾における体外膜酸素化による重症インフルエンザ患者における臨床的特徴と結果

- 16人の患者 (30. 8%) がECMOを受け,87. 5%がインフルエンザAとARDSを患った.
- ECMO (68. 8%) と非ECMO (44. 4%) グループ間の入院死亡率は有意な差異はなかった.
結論:
- 早期診断と迅速な抗ウイルス治療は,重症インフルエンザのARDSへの進行を防ぐために不可欠です.
- ECMOは耐火性ARDSの選択肢ですが,このコホートでは生存率が著しく向上しませんでした.
- 標準化された治療プロトコルと多学科アプローチが重症インフルエンザの管理に推奨されています.
