- 合計PAの高さは,SUの発症率の24%の減少と関連していました.
- 軽量PAは,SUの発症確率を 26% 減少させることを予測した.
- PAとSUの実験,または中等/強度のPAとSUの開始の間に有意な関連性は見つかりませんでした.
結論:
- 青少年が薬物使用を開始しないようにするには,全身運動や軽い運動をすることが必要です.
- 適度 や 強烈 な 活動 より も 低強度 の 運動 が 重要な 保護 要因 と 思わ れ ます.
- これらの発見の背後にあるメカニズムと文脈的要因を調査するには,さらなる研究が必要です.
