- マルティウス・フラップとコルポクレイシスによるVVF閉塞を含む,一段階の,最小侵襲的外科的修復が行われました.

- 患者さんは 一段階の 侵襲的外科手術に成功しました
- VVFは2層に閉じられ,マーティウスフラップで強化された.
- 手術後18ヶ月で,患者はPOPと尿失禁をなくし,腎機能不全が解消しました.
