  • 筋肉の機械的性質とストレスの傷害に対する感受性の関係を解明する.

主な方法:

  • 解剖学的リアリズムのために ティール製の死体サンプルを使用した.
  • 足首の長頭筋 (BFlh),半膜筋 (SM),半筋 (ST) を分離し,試験した.
  • 材料試験機を用いた牽引負荷を適用し,歪み,張力,ヤングのモジュールを故障まで測定する.

主要な成果:

  • 半頭 (BFlh) と半頭 (SM) は,半頭 (ST) と比較して,著しく低い断裂ストレスを示した.
  • BFlhとSMは,より高い断裂ストレスとヤングのモジュールを示し,より高い硬さを示した.
  • これらの発見は,BFlhとSMの機械的性質が,高い牽引負荷下での脆弱性に貢献することを示唆しています.

結論:

  • 半頭と半頭は機械的に硬く,半頭よりも壊れやすい.
  • この機械的性質の違いは,ランニングのようなダイナミックな活動中にBFlhとSMのストレスの高い発生率を説明するかもしれません.
  • ハムストリングの傷害メカニズムに関する貴重な洞察を得て,標的型の傷害予防戦略を策定します.
